We make one bed, one frame at a time. It means we can be specific with the people who specify it.

i. Trade pricing on every sizeA trade price on every frame, Full through California King. We share the figures as soon as you are approved.
ii. One named personThe same person handles your orders from the first quote to delivery day, by phone or by email. You will not be passed around.
iii. Made for the roomWhen a room needs something the four sizes do not cover — a different size, a different finish — we draw it and build it to your specification.
iv. Delivery when the room is readyA finished frame can wait in the workshop until the install, then arrive on the day you set, not the day it happens to be finished.

    Once you are approved, we send your trade pricing and introduce the person who will look after your orders.

  3. Order through your contact Twelve weeks, door to door

    Tell us the size, the finish and the date the room will be ready. We quote, you confirm, and the build begins, with photographs at the carving, the caning and the finish to forward to your client.

No. There is no fee and no minimum order. One frame for one client is as welcome as twenty for a hotel.
Every size has a trade price. We share the figures with you as soon as your application is approved.
Through your contact, by email or phone. Tell us the size, the finish and the date the room will be ready; we send a quote, and the build begins when you confirm.
Yes. Custom commissions are drawn and built to your specification. Because they are made for one room, they are final sale, though you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before the work begins.
Twelve weeks door to door for the four standard sizes, transit included. For a custom piece, we confirm the timing with your quote.
Yes. A finished frame can wait in the workshop and arrive on the date you set. Delivery to the door is included; White Glove delivery, carried into the room and assembled, is $250.
Yes. We photograph every frame at the carving, the caning and the finish, and send the photographs to you, to forward to your client or keep for the presentation.
Not for US orders: we don't charge sales tax in the US. If your projects are in Canada or Australia, mention it in your application and we will tell you what applies.
The contiguous United States, all of Canada, and New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia and the ACT.
